This policy describes what SOHIFF.STORE collects, why, and the choices you have. Contact privacy@sohiff.store with any questions.
What we collect
- Account data — email, display name, and login provider when you sign in.
- Listing data — details you submit when selling: UID, level, region, price, screenshots.
- Transaction data — order history, payment references (not full card numbers).
- Usage data — pages viewed, device type, approximate location (from IP) to detect fraud.
How we use it
- To operate the marketplace and process payments.
- To verify listings and prevent fraud.
- To send transactional emails (order updates, receipts).
- To improve the product.
Sharing
We share data only with processors we need to run the service (payment gateway, hosting, email). We never sell personal data.
Retention
Order records are retained for 7 years for tax purposes. Account data is deleted within 30 days of account closure, subject to legal holds.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing privacy@sohiff.store. We respond within 30 days.
