Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of SOHIFF.STORE. By browsing, buying, or listing an account you agree to be bound by them. Read them in full before using the marketplace.

1. What we are

SOHIFF.STORE is an independent peer-to-peer marketplace connecting buyers and sellers of Free Fire game accounts. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Garena or any Free Fire rights holder.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to buy or sell on SOHIFF.STORE.

3. Escrow & payment

Payments are held in escrow until the buyer confirms access to the account. Sellers are paid within 24 hours of buyer confirmation. Chargebacks or fraudulent disputes may result in permanent account termination.

4. Prohibited activity

• Listing accounts you do not own or are not authorised to sell.
• Listing accounts obtained through hacking, phishing, or unauthorised access.
• Circumventing escrow by contacting the counterparty off-platform.
• Any activity that violates local law.

5. Warranty

Buyers receive a lifetime recovery warranty. If the original owner regains access we will replace the account or refund the purchase in full. Warranty claims must include original proof of purchase.

6. Liability

SOHIFF.STORE's total liability for any dispute is capped at the amount paid for the relevant listing. We are not liable for consequential loss, lost in-game progress, or bans issued by Garena.

7. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be announced on the site at least 14 days in advance.
