Full refund window

Every purchase is fully refundable for the first 24 hours if the buyer cannot access the account or the listing was misrepresented. Escrow is not released until you confirm access.

Lifetime recovery warranty

If the original owner ever regains access to an account you bought through us, we will either:

• Replace the account with a listing of equal or greater value, or
• Refund the full purchase amount to your original payment method.

What is not covered

• Bans issued by Garena for buyer actions after handover (cheating, chargebacks, ToS violations).
• Loss of items you added yourself after purchase.
• Access issues caused by you sharing credentials publicly.

How to claim

Email support@sohiff.store or open the Contact button. Include your order ID, a description of the issue, and any screenshots. Most claims are resolved within 48 hours.
